Abstract:

Assessor Map Book boundaries created in 2004. These data were based on the Barclay GIS parcel shapefile at the time, imported into AutoCAD for heads up digitizing, and then re-exported into shapefile format.

Purpose:

These data were intended to be used to create a countywide index map for the Assessor's office to meet the State Board of Equalization requirements of Assessor's Handbook (AH-215). These data were intended to be used at a parcel level, although currency may now preclude such use.
